Rhoda, is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience treating individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, trauma, ADHD, substance use disorders, and chronic mental illness. Rhoda’s approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. She combines psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief therapeutic interventions to provide personalized, evidence-based care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and a BSN from Southeast Missouri State. Rhoda is committed to collaborative, stigma-free mental health care that supports each person’s unique journey to healing.

Thomas is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a decade of multifaceted experience in the healthcare field. Thomas brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to whole-person care, specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and culturally competent care for underserved populations. He is particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, intergenerational trauma, and the complex intersection of mental health and chronic medical conditions. Known for his empathetic, collaborative approach, Thomas combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with integrative psychotherapeutic techniques to develop personalized, culturally sensitive treatment plans. He works with clients across the lifespan, offering care that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in trust and respect. Thomas is a strong advocate for mental health equity and believes in empowering clients by honoring their lived experiences and identities.
